Effective Date: August 4, 2026
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your download, installation, access to, purchase of, and use of GoWeather: Travel Planner (the “App”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing a subscription through, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or purchase a subscription.
Weather information may be provided by third-party weather data providers.
The App is provided for general informational and planning purposes only.
The App may provide a combination of free and premium features.
Certain forecasts, radar tools, widgets, long-range weather information, customization options, or other functionality may require an active paid subscription.
The features included in each plan will be displayed in the App before purchase.
We may add, modify, replace, or remove features from time to time. Where required by applicable law, material changes affecting an active paid service will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection requirements.
Weekly Subscription;
Yearly Subscription.
The exact price, billing period, currency, trial availability, introductory offer, and included features will be displayed on the purchase screen before you confirm the transaction.
Prices may vary by country, region, currency, tax requirements, or App Store storefront.
Payment will be charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
All purchases and subscription payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details, bank account information, or Apple Account password.
Taxes may be included in or added to the displayed price as determined by Apple and applicable law.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
The renewal will generally be charged at the price shown for your selected plan unless Apple has notified you of a valid price change in accordance with applicable rules.
Renewal timing and payment processing are managed by Apple.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation does not immediately end access to premium features. You may continue using premium features until the end of the current paid subscription period.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
You must cancel through your Apple Account settings if you do not want the subscription to renew.
The App may offer a free trial, discounted introductory period, or promotional subscription offer.
The duration of the offer, eligibility requirements, and the price charged after the offer ends will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Unless canceled before the trial or introductory period ends, the subscription may automatically convert to the applicable paid plan and renew according to the displayed billing period.
Trial and offer eligibility are determined by Apple and may be limited to new or eligible subscribers.
Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase another subscription, where applicable.
Do not include or rely on a free trial unless it is expressly displayed on the App Store purchase confirmation screen.
Where available, you may use the “Restore Purchases” function to restore an eligible subscription previously purchased with the same Apple Account.
A restored purchase does not create a new charge.
Restoration depends on Apple’s transaction records, your Apple Account, subscription status, device configuration, and network availability.
Subscriptions are billed and processed by Apple.
Refund requests, unauthorized-purchase claims, payment-method issues, and certain billing disputes are generally handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable policies and local law.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.
Where required by applicable law, you may retain additional cancellation or refund rights.

Subscription prices, plan availability, and included premium features may change.
Any price change will be handled through Apple’s App Store systems and in accordance with applicable notice or consent requirements.
A change to the price of a subscription will not be applied in a manner inconsistent with applicable law or Apple’s requirements.
You may cancel your subscription before a new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

Certain features may require access to your device’s location.
You may grant, deny, or withdraw location access through device settings.
If location permission is unavailable, some features may require manual location selection or may not function.
You are responsible for confirming that the location displayed in the App is correct before relying on weather information.
Our handling of location information is described in the Privacy Policy.
The App may display information provided by third-party weather providers or use third-party services to complete weather requests.
We do not control all third-party data sources and do not guarantee their continued availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, delays, inaccuracies, missing data, or discontinuation of third-party weather services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms do not grant you the right to use the App’s name, branding, icons, or identifying materials without prior written permission.
If you provide suggestions, comments, ideas, or other feedback, you agree that we may use that feedback to develop, operate, maintain, and improve the App without payment to you.
You are not required to provide feedback.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App, premium features, and weather information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of:
Merchantability;
Fitness for a particular purpose;

Non-infringement;

Uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that the App will be free from errors, interruptions, software failures, purchase-verification delays, or data inaccuracies.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:
Your use of or inability to use the App;
Inaccurate, delayed, missing, or unavailable weather information;

Your misuse of the App;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of applicable law;

Your attempt to bypass payment, subscription, or security controls;
Your interference with the App or related services.
Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
These Terms remain effective until terminated.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
If you materially violate these Terms, misuse the App, bypass subscription controls, interfere with security, or engage in unlawful conduct, we may suspend or terminate access to the App to the extent permitted by law.
Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Provisions concerning subscriptions already incurred, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute matters survive where appropriate.
You may not use, export, or re-export the App in violation of applicable export-control laws, trade restrictions, sanctions, or other legal requirements.
You agree to comply with applicable local, national, and international laws.
These Terms are between you and the App’s operator, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App and its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple. Where applicable, Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the App.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing claims involving the App, including product liability, regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and privacy claims.
If a third party claims that the App infringes intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and resolving that claim.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-specific provisions after you accept them.
Subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, policies, and App Store procedures.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rights available in your country or region.
If mandatory laws in your jurisdiction provide additional rights or protections, those requirements will apply.
These Terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, subscription services, pricing structure, applicable law, third-party services, or operating practices.
The revised Terms become effective when published or on the stated effective date.
Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes.
Your continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms and the App’s Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the App and replace prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
