The App provides weather conditions, forecasts, radar information, widgets, and travel-planning features. Certain features may require an optional paid subscription.

With your permission, the App may access your device’s location to provide weather information for your current area.
Depending on your device settings and the features you use, location information may include:

City, region, latitude, or longitude;
Locations that you manually search for or select.
Location information is used to identify the relevant geographic area and retrieve weather information for that location.
You may disable location access at any time through your device settings. If location access is disabled, you may still be able to view weather information by manually searching for or selecting a location.
We do not use location information to continuously track your movements, create advertising profiles, or sell your location data.
When you use the App, we or our third-party service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
Device model;
Operating system and version;
App version;
Language and region settings;
Network connection status;

This information is used to operate the App, deliver weather data, maintain compatibility, prevent misuse, and improve stability.

Subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details, bank account information, or Apple Account password.

Unless an account or contact feature is introduced and clearly disclosed, the App does not require users to create a separate GoWeather account.

Disabling location access may affect automatic local weather features but will not affect features that do not require location access.
All subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not control Apple’s payment authorization, billing schedule, tax calculation, refund decisions, or payment-method management.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Where available, the App may provide a “Restore Purchases” function. This function uses transaction information provided by Apple to confirm whether your Apple Account has an eligible active or previous purchase.
For payment, billing, refund, or Apple Account issues, you may need to contact Apple Support directly.
The App relies on one or more third-party weather data providers to deliver weather conditions, forecasts, radar information, and related data.
When you request weather information, your location, selected city, and limited technical request information may be transmitted to the relevant weather provider.
Third-party providers process information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

These providers may process limited information only as necessary to provide their services.
We do not authorize service providers to use information obtained through the App for unrelated advertising, independent marketing, or user profiling.
Information may be shared with weather data providers, infrastructure providers, diagnostic providers, transaction-validation providers, or other technical partners necessary to operate the App.
Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, trials, billing retries, and purchase restoration are processed or supported through Apple’s App Store systems.
Comply with applicable law or a valid legal request;
Protect users, the public, or the App’s legitimate rights and security;
Investigate fraud, misuse, or security incidents;
Enforce applicable terms and policies.
If ownership, operation, or related assets of the App are transferred, information associated with the App may be included in that transfer, subject to applicable law and privacy protections.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, administer subscriptions, resolve technical or billing-related issues, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
Location information used for an individual weather request is generally processed only as necessary to return the requested weather data.
Diagnostic and technical information may be retained for a limited period for troubleshooting, security analysis, and performance improvement.
Transaction records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to validate purchases, restore access, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with accounting or legal requirements.
When information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymize it unless a longer retention period is required by law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no internet transmission, mobile application, payment system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Depending on your location and the location of our service providers, information may be processed in countries or regions other than the country in which you live.
Where required by applicable law, we will take reasonable measures to ensure that cross-border data processing complies with relevant data protection requirements.
The App is not specifically directed to children under the age required to consent to data processing in their country or region.
We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information for advertising, profiling, or account registration.
Purchases made by minors are subject to Apple Account settings, parental controls, family-sharing settings, and applicable law.
